LRNSC NEWS UPDATE - 5th October 2011

The 4 Hour Roller Ski Event takes place this Sunday 9th October at 1.30pm. You can challenge yourself to see how many laps you can complete within four hours, you can ski continuously, take breaks or ski for a shorter time.
The cost is £10 on the day or £6 in advance. You can find out more at

To help you refuel or round off an afternoon of spectating, it will be followed by a cold buffet consisting of cold meat and
salads followed by cheese and bread. A vegetarian alternative will be available for those who prefer.
The cost is £5 payable at the registration desk on the day. Red wine by the glass will be available
at an additional cost of £1. for those who want to celebrate their efforts!
Tea and biscuits are included in the event fee.
