4 Hour Rollerski Race

Hayes Cycle Circuit
Please note the race takes place on a Sunday this year
Timetable
1.00pm Four Hour Race Free Technique
Complete as many laps as you can or want in four hours on the Hayes Cycle Circuit.
You may of course take breaks as frequently or infrequently as you choose.
You can use all FIS compliant skis including fast racing skis.
All races will be transponder timed.
Helmets and Eye Protection must be worn
Prizes for top 3 men and women
Entry £6 in advance or £10 on the day
