LSERSA will be holding an EGM and a Committee Meeting on Wednesday 29th February 2012.
 
Please find attached an Agenda for the EGM which will be held at 6.45pm at Bromley Ski Centre.  The Agenda for the Committee Meeting will be published on the LSERSA website at least 14 days before the meeting and this meeting will follow on directly after the EGM at approximately 7.00pm.   Susie Moore, Sports Development Officer from SSE, will also be in attendance and will be at the slope from approx 6pm if anyone wishes to talk to her regarding specific club/projects.
 
Committee meetings are open to all members of the LSERSA region and if anyone wishes to attend the meeting I would be grateful if you could let me know so that I can plan adequate refeshments and copies of papers.
