Subject: Fw: Regional Meeting at the All England Event Saturday 3rd September.

Dear Clubs

Your Regional Chairs and Secretaries have been notified we plan to pull together a meeting of representatives from the Regions to use it as an opportunity to share good practice and also for the opportunity for the development team (Debbie, Jan and Susie) to update you on what we are up to and find out more about the process for planning, writing and submitting the next Sport England Whole Sport Plan.

At the last SSE AGM it was suggested by the membership there should be more opportunities for this type of communication to take place. We have chosen the All England event initially as suggested at the AGM as we know many clubs will be there and we do not want to take up more time of all the hard working volunteers in Snowsports than necessary – But please note this is not an Alpine Ski meeting and we will be trying to hold similar events in the future to continue the discussions and planning.

If there is anything you wish to contribute please contact you Regional Chair or Secretary (Im sure you know these but contact details below) and find out who will be representing your Region and pass on your information/questions. If you are at the event on Saturday please let your Regional Chair or Secretary know you will be there and able to represent your Region if they have not found a representative who is able to attend. We are as always trying to find ways of improving the ways we communicate with you all.
