Dear Committee Members and Clubs
 
Please find attached the Agenda for the LSERSA AGM to be held on Wednesday 24th November 2010 at 7.00pm at Bromley Ski Centre.
 
Also please find attached a list of nominations for committee positions.  There are still 4 positions to be filled if any one is interested in standing for them.
 
I would be grateful if you could all please confirm to me whether you are attending the meeting so that appropriate refreshments can be organised.  Can all those committee members who are not attending please send me an update on your area for any discussion at the meeting.
